Phillips 66 Marks Major Lindsey Milestone as Rail Movements and Initial Rack Sales Begin

22 September 2026 – Phillips 66 Limited has reached an important milestone in the phased integration of its Lindsey assets into the wider Phillips 66 UK business, with rail movements of product from Lindsey Rail Loading to the Warwickshire Oil Storage Terminal (WOSL) beginning on Wednesday 9 September.

This was followed by the first petrol and diesel sales over the racks at the Killingholme Road Loading (KRL) terminal on Thursday 10 September.

The range of products, additives, customers and volumes supported through KRL will build progressively over the coming weeks and months. In this early stage of integration, volumes will be optimised across the integrated network, providing a strong platform for future growth as further capabilities come online.

Integrating the Lindsey infrastructure with the Humber Refinery is expected to create greater capacity, flexibility and inland optionality across the UK network, strengthening supply resilience and supporting the efficient storage, transport and delivery of products.

Bringing these initial capabilities into operation has been a significant collaborative effort across Phillips 66, supported by detailed preparation, due diligence and recommissioning activity following completion of the acquisition in April this year.

The company is progressing the integration in phases, including the continued expansion of KRL capabilities, the planned reopening of the Phillips 66 Jarrow terminal in the North East of England and the return of the Finaline to operation at a later date.

Further updates will be shared as dates and operational details are confirmed.
